  • Small team in IT (20 ppl), infra in-house, programming, database, BI, little bit of Azure exp. Currently AI journey, enterprise version of Claude implemented a couple of months ago. Have done some work but not in production just yet, applications use Claude to create code, work streams, and Raj uses Claude to deliver more and develop faster. Small presence of Copilot (10-15 licenses) and generally move slow to summarize emails and what to prioritize. From policy view point perspective, they have some governance set up. Haven't embedded into enterprise logs yet. PMCP not yet but in the future. Have used for data warehousing but that's about it.
  • Looking for help with governance side of AI, best practices, work with programming team and able to be hands on, do some engineering, AI driven coding, not just provide strategy. Be flexible/curious and able to adapt to what works best.
  • High visible role with access across leadership, working with different departments, training on how AI works, providing different prompts across all levels of employees.
  • Team Makeup: 2 security resources, 3 network engineers, 4-5 systems engineers, 1 data engineer, 4 programmers
  • Day to Day Break Down: 20-30% Governance, 20% Strategy, 40-50% hands on engineering
  • Future state: Set processes and understand where to efficiently provide change, following regulatory/compliance standards, operational efficiency in AI
