Software Engineer

Location: Charlotte, NC (On-site)

Type: Contract

Seeking an experienced SE4 to design and deliver scalable, high-quality spring boot microservices solutions using MongoDB, Kafka, Kubernetes, and OpenShift (OCP), with strong expertise in service and workflow orchestration.

Must embrace fast, efficient, and accurate delivery pipelines and leverage AI-assisted rapid development solutions such as GitHub Copilot and Claude, including effective prompt engineering.

Requires exposure to Teradata and Oracle database query strategies, along with Generative AI awareness and Agentic AI exposure to support modern engineering practices.

Strong communication skills, ability to lead and participate in story generation and prioritization, and effective cross-team collaboration are essential.

Payment's domain knowledge and moderate UI stack experience are a plus.

This is a high-ownership role envisioning architecture, reliability, production stability, resiliency, and performance across enterprise platforms.
