RN - Telemetry Nurse in Monroe, LA | Night Shift 12 Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide high-quality patient care utilizing the nursing process within regulatory standards
Assess patient needs and develop personalized care plans
Communicate and collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams
Delegate tasks and oversee nursing team resources
Document care activities accurately and timely
Respond to urgent situations and support patient safety initiatives
Adapt care approaches to suit diverse patient populations

What You Need:

Required:
- Valid RN license in Louisiana
- BLS and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
Preferred:
- Certification in a clinical specialty area
- Strong computer and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively
