Slater Delk Medical PLLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Midland, TX. Daily Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
• Perform minor procedures such as suturing, and incision and drainage
• Manage acute conditions and provide ongoing care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members

Required Skills:

• Family Nurse Practitioner or Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner certification
• DEA License and American Nurses Credentialing Center certification
• Urgent Care/Emergency Department experience
• Proficiency in procedures such as foreign body removal, suture removal, Incision & Drainage, toe/fingernail removal, X-ray interpretation, and fracture care
• Strong background in acute care and occupational medicine

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in urgent care and occupational medicine
• Knowledge of occupational medicine (Occ Med) practices

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $130,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $150,000.00
