Role Overview
The client is seeking a strong leader to head up their geotechnical division. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, mentoring, and growing a team of 4 geotechnical professionals
- Overseeing complex geotechnical projects, including technical oversight, reporting, proposals, budgeting, and client engagement
- Supporting business development efforts alongside leadership
- Future growth path into an Office Principal-level role
Requirements
The client is looking for:
- PE license (or able to obtain quickly through reciprocity)
- 6+ years experience in geotechnical engineering
- Proven leadership and people management background
- Strong technical skills: project management, reporting, proposal writing, budgeting
- Seller-doer mindset: can both manage and help grow business.
