Bilingual Construction Laborer

Job Description

We are seeking a bilingual construction laborer willing to learn the sheet metal trade. This role involves working on diverse projects such as strip malls, stadiums, high rises, and military bases. With over 40 years in the business, the company offers training for individuals who are competent and have basic trade knowledge, without requiring prior experience in sheet metal or roofing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in construction tasks on commercial buildings.
• Operate power tools safely and effectively.
• Travel around the state of Texas to various job sites.
• Collaborate with team members and report to the Buda office or directly to job sites.

Essential Skills

• Valid driver's license.
• Experience with commercial construction.
• Ability to work on roofing, sheet metal, and steel erection.
• Completion of OSHA 10 certification.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Not being afraid of heights.

Work Environment

Outdoor construction environment, predominantly on commercial buildings. Work hours are from 7 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday, with optional overtime.

This is a Contract position based out of Buda, TX.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
