Job Title: Recruiter Location : Englewood, Colorado Job Type: Contract Duration: 6 Months Job Description: TOP 5 SKILLS REQUIRED:
* Strong external headhunting skills including cold calling, and use/experience in using top
marketing or sourcing tools such as social media, network referrals and experience
using/analyzing labor market data
* recruit/ source/ fill low to highly complex Professional/Management roles, especially sales
and/or technical roles
• Strong influencing skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to report out on activity effectively, track prospects
and their progress
• Must be flexible and adaptable to the changes of activity.
