Senior Business Analyst

Job Duties and Responsibilities Serve as a Salesforce Administrator. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers. Document current business processes, data, and physical environments. Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of existing processes, data, and physical environments. Define business and functional requirements based on analysis findings. Develop functional specifications for new processes, logical data models, and physical environments. Recommend build, buy, or outsource solutions based on business needs. Develop functional integration test specifications and conduct integration testing and customer acceptance testing. Identify, develop, and deliver training required for implementation activities. Provide second-tier support. Education and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical discipline required, or an equivalent combination of education and 5 to 8 years of related professional experience may be considered. 5+ years of related professional experience. Knowledge of SAP. Experience with SAP Business Objects and Power BI preferred. Fluency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking. Skills Experience working with project methodologies. Experience gathering information and conducting data-gathering activities. Develop process models. Experience developing functional specifications for new processes, data structures, and physical environments. Develop functional integration test specifications and conducting integration and customer acceptance testing. Experience evaluating and recommending build, buy, or outsource solutions. Understanding of fundamental business processes and the impact one process can have on another. Experience identifying, developing, and delivering training for implementation activities. Experience providing second-tier support. Six Sigma Black Belt certification or experience in Business Process Management preferred. Above-average analytical skills. Ability to communicate technical information effectively to nontechnical users. Effective team player with strong collaboration skills. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to work on problems of limited scope and complexity where analysis requires evaluation of established factors and patterns.
