Our agency opened in 2013 and is a close-knit team of six focused on growth, support, and creating a positive environment. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a manager at Verizon, which helped shape my leadership style and focus on team development. Im a proud parent and a former high school cheerleading coach. I stay actively involved in the local school district and community, and Ive been honored as the first coach to receive the Jet Setter Award. For our team, we offer a flexible, family-oriented environment with team-building activities and development programs, along with a Simple IRA and reimbursement for licensing costs. Our office culture is upbeat, energetic, and supportive. Were looking for someone who is self-motivated, positive, and brings great energy to the team - someone who enjoys working with others and wants to grow in a fun, collaborative environment. Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
