Knowledge of AORN/AW HONN/ACOG recommended standards. Responsible for understanding and participating in the organization-wide Performance Improvement Program through orientation, education, departmental and interdepartmental quality control, performance improvement, and quality planning activities. Job Requirements Education Minimum (Required) High School Diploma Or Equivalent Licenses and Certifications Current BLS certification Must successfully complete and maintain NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification within 4 months of hire. Preferred (Not Required) Surgical Technician program/certification preferred. Pay Transparency The hourly salary rate range for this position is $21.00- $25.95. POSITION SUMMARY

Under the direction of the RN, the technician assists on all types of procedures for patients of all ages. Stocks and maintains unit supplies. Functions as a member of the interdisciplinary team in the scrub/assistant role. Demonstrates investment in the overall forward movement of the unit and the organization.
