Job Details Home Care Providers Inc – Indianapolis, IN 46268 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $20.00 Hourly Job Shift: Day Job Category: Health Care Home Care Providers is currently seeking a full-time Admin Support person to join our team. We are looking to hire an experienced Medical Phone Operator to work from 9:00am‑6:00pm. Responsibilities • Manage a high call volume, juggling multiple calls at one time and transferring or taking messages as needed. • Triage faxes and forward them to the appropriate party. • Perform other office tasks during downtime. Qualifications Minimum of two years’ experience answering high call volume in a medical environment. Experience with answering and transferring calls through a multi‑line computer phone system. Excellent communication and listening skills; calm demeanor when busy. Organized and able to make quick, accurate decisions without consistent guidance. Must have work longevity. Able to work full-time from 9:00am‑6:00pm. Willing to cover other shifts as needed: 7:30am‑4:30am and 11am‑8pm. Able to commute to the NW side of Indianapolis daily. #J-18808-Ljbffr
