Maintenance Assistant Join our team at Creekside Post Acute! Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the cleanliness and safety of our facility, including but not limited to: preventative building maintenance services, painting, plumbing, and groundskeeping Work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently and effectively Demonstrate flexibility in order to meet the needs of our residents and willingness to learn new skills Support the team by working in a cohesive team-oriented manner and multi-tasking as needed Provide attention to detail in all aspects of work Utilize basic knowledge of HVAC systems Problem-solve in a manner that benefits the care being provided to our residents Why work with us?
