JobDescription AsuccessfulProjectManageratRAMConstructionwillprovidethehighestlevelofserviceandqualityimplementingallmembersoftheconstructionteamstartingwithpreconstructionservices,throughoutprojectconstruction,andfinishingwithsuccessfulprojectcloseout. EssentialDuties&Responsibilities Fullprojectresponsibilityinallareasofconstructionandconstructionmanagement. Mustbeabletoperformprojectpre-constructionactivitiesincluding,estimating,bidding,valueengineeringandscheduling. Manageprojectscheduling,schedulingupdates,schedulemanagementanddocumentation. Responsibleforprojectqualitycontrolandqualityassurancethatconstructionmeetsorexceedstheplans,specifications,codes,andapprovedshopdrawings. Responsibleforchangeorderestimating,trackingandcommitments. Projectdocumentation,correspondence,records,paperwork,shopdrawings,submittals,procurementschedule,RFI’setc. Opencommunicationwithmanagement. Trainanddevelopteammembersforoverallcompanygrowth. Otherdutiesasrequired. Qualifications Bachelor’sdegreeinconstructionmanagement,engineering,orrelatedfield(preferred)ORequivalentexperienceworkingforacommercialGC. Aminimumof5yearsofexperienceManagingProjectsincommercialconstruction. Haveadeptknowledgeofallprincipalsofconstruction,methods,techniques,printreading,contracting,andconstructionmanagement. ProficientcomputerskillsinMicrosoftOfficeSuite,projectmanagementsoftware(Procore),accountingcostmanagementsoftware(Procore),andschedulingsoftware. 100%detailed/hands-onknowledgeofprojectscope. Experiencewithrunningmultipleprojects,preferablywithinRAMConstruction’scoremarkets. Excellentlisteningskillsandstrongcommunicationskills. Abilitytocreateandsupportteammorale.
