Account Executive

This role focuses on driving net-new revenue through full-cycle sales, from prospecting to close. You will lead value-based conversations that solve real business challenges and deliver measurable impact.ResponsibilitiesDrive new business acquisition through outbound prospecting, inbound qualification, and partner-sourced opportunities.Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery to demo, proposal, and close.Lead consultative, value-driven sales conversations aligned with client pain points and priorities.Collaborate with marketing and SDR teams to refine messaging and accelerate pipeline generation.Build ROI and business cases for prospects to demonstrate measurable impact.Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene and forecasting in CRM tools (HubSpot or Salesforce).Engage in continuous learning and process improvement to optimize sales performance.Qualifications5-7 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, ideally in B2B or startup environments.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota ($1M+ ARR).Expertise in value-based or consultative selling frameworks (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, Sandler).Ability to sell to mid-market and enterprise stakeholders, including operations leaders and executives.Strong discovery, storytelling, and negotiation skills.Self-starter with grit, curiosity, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.BenefitsComprehensive health insuranceCollaborative, fast-growing team cultureCompensation: $100,000 - $120,000 base + commission
