This role focuses on keeping building systems running safely and smoothly in a fast-paced environment./ppSign-On Bonus Eligible: $1,500/ph3Responsibilities:/h3ulliInspect, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems/liliUse the building automation system to find and fix system issues/liliWork with supervisors and vendors to complete repairs and projects/liliComplete work orders and updates in the maintenance system (CMMS)/liliOrder parts and track inventory needed for repairs/liliPerform preventive maintenance to keep equipment working longer/liliRespond quickly to emergency repair needs/liliComplete general building repairs such as painting, plumbing, and basic electrical work/liliAnswer maintenance requests from the site operations team/liliFollow all safety and OSHA guidelines/liliHelp train and support other team members/liliCommunicate clearly and work well with others in a team setting/li/ulh3Qualifications:/h3ulliAssociate degree or technical school training, or equivalent work experience/liliUniversal CFC certification required/lili5+ years of HVAC/Refrigeration experience/liliAbility to read and understand manuals, drawings, and work orders/liliWilling to complete OSHA 10 training within 6 months of hire/liliBasic computer skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel/liliAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as standing, climbing ladders, and bending/liliStrong focus on safety for yourself and others/liliSchedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM/liliOn-call and occasional work at other locations may be required./li/ulpIf you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload./ppAbout The Cigna Group/ppDoing something meaningful starts with a simple decision, a commitment to changing lives.
