About This Role The Trauma Program Manager for Pediatrics at Cleveland Clinic will lead clinical, operational, educational, and quality improvement initiatives to advance pediatric trauma care. Highlights Pay: $84,200.00 - $128,412.50 Location: Cleveland, OH Facility: Cleveland Clinic Main Campus Schedule: Full‑time, Day shift What You'll Do Collaborate with other disciplines to develop and implement ACS standards for trauma patient care. Ensure compliance with Ohio state law related to Trauma Centers and trauma patients. Establish and maintain relationships with community officials, trauma, and EMS organizations as a liaison for the Hospital. Represent Trauma Service on selected hospital and community committees. Co‑chair trauma‑related committees in collaboration with the Medical Director for Trauma. Requirements Education Graduate of an accredited school of Professional Nursing Experience Five years of experience in Emergency Department or Critical Care Nursing 1 year or more of pediatric experience required Licenses & Certifications Current valid state Registered Nurse (RN) license Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) audit or Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses (ATCN) preferred Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred About Cleveland Clinic Cleveland Clinic is a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
