Now Hiring: Talent Acquisition Specialist We're seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting for corporate and professional-level positions. This role partners closely with hiring managers and business leaders to develop talent pipelines, execute sourcing strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from intake through offer. What We're Looking For: 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience Experience recruiting corporate or professional-level talent Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders Schedule: Monday-Friday, First Shift Type: Contract with potential for long-term opportunities Work Environment: Professional corporate office setting Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Stuart, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $36.06 - $43.27/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
