Emergency Medicine Physician Opportunity

Our organization is seeking dedicated Emergency Medicine Physicians to join our team in Fort Wayne, IN. This is a full-time position (1.0 FTE) with a commitment of approximately 1500 hours annually.

Position Details

• Shift schedule includes both 8 and 12-hour shifts.
• Two-year partnership track available.
• Parkview Regional Medical Center experiences around 65,000 patient visits each year.
• Parkview Randallia Hospital sees approximately 60,000 patient visits annually.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized medical care tailored to patient needs.
• Manage a diverse range of patients with both serious and non-serious conditions, including heart attacks, strokes, motor vehicle accidents, severe infections, and pneumonia.
• Conduct assessments, diagnostic procedures, and medical treatments necessary for patient stabilization or resuscitation, and refer patients to appropriate medical departments.
• Utilize EPIC EMR for patient documentation.
• Collaborate with a 24-hour in-house team of Trauma and Acute Care Surgery, Cardiology, Intensivists, Hospitalists, and Radiologists.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be Board Certified in Emergency Medicine.
