Warehouse Attendant - Midland, TX

We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, equipment operation, and order fulfillment. Competitive pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance Company‑paid life and disability insurance 401(k) with company match Health Savings Account (HSA) Generous PTO and paid holidays Career growth opportunities within a growing national organization Team‑oriented and safety‑focused work environment What You'll Do Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Inspect and verify incoming and outgoing products Receive, stock, pick, fulfill, and count inventory Operate forklifts and other material‑handling equipment Assist with inventory management and warehouse organization Operate pumps, motors, and related equipment as needed Maintain company equipment and report maintenance concerns Work collaboratively with team members to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Perform additional warehouse duties and projects as assigned What We're Looking For Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record Minimum of 6 months of warehouse, distribution, or material‑handling experience Preferred Qualifications Experience with inventory control systems, handheld scanners, or electronic order management systems Experience with oil and fuel filtration or dehydration systems Experience working with pumps, motors, and filtration equipment Safety‑Sensitive Position Notice This position is designated as safety‑sensitive.
