Nopriorconstructionexperienceisrequired.Whatmattersmostisthatyoubringastrongworkethic,asenseofurgency,andaprofessionaldemeanorthatmakesclientsandteammatesfeelsupported. KeyResultAreas(KRAs) PipelineManagement&DataOwnership: SupporttheaccuracyandcompletenessoftheregionalprojectpipelineintheCRMandtrackingtools.Ensureallopportunitiesreflectup-to-datestatus,winprobability,clientinsights,andpreconstructionnotessothattheAccountManagerandregionalleadershipcanmaketimely,informeddecisions. ClientCommunication&Support : Delivertimely,professionalcommunicationtoclientsandinternalstakeholders.Respondpromptlytoinquiries,coordinateinformationflowbetweenteams,andensureclientsfeelinformedandwell-supportedthroughoutthepreconstructionandbiddingprocess. Proposal&PreconstructionCoordination CollaboratingacrossthecentralEstimatingteam,ContractsAdministration,andMarketingtoensurealignmentontimelinesanddetails,soeverydeliverablemeetsclientexpectationsandreflectsourstandards. Relationship&In-PersonEngagement : Proactivelyassistinschedulingandcoordinatingclientmeetings,sitevisits,lunches,andeventsinvolvingtheAccountManagerandregionalleadership.Helpstrengthenclientrelationshipsandgathermarketfeedbackthatkeepsourteaminformedandcompetitive. ProcessExcellence&AdministrativeSupport : Maintainorganized,accuraterecordsofclientinteractions,pipelineupdates,andprojectdecisions.SupportsmoothhandoffsofawardedprojectstotheOperationsteamandcontributetoacultureofcontinuousimprovementbyflaggingprocessgapsandsharinglessonslearned.
