This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear path to Operations Manager. We're looking for driven, outgoing individuals ready to lead a team and grow fast. Location : Bedford Heights, OH Pay: $ 23–$30/hr+ ($13 base + Profit Sharing + Tips) including: -Overtime Responsibilities: Lead and train a team of drivers and crew members Oversee daily junk removal operations Close sales with residential and commercial customers on-site Track performance metrics and improve service quality Manage equipment, inventory, and compliance Work in the field alongside your team as needed Requirements: 1+ years in management, logistics, sales, or dispatch 21+ years of age with a valid driver's license Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly Strong leadership and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Competitive pay: base hourly + profit share + bonuses & Tips Health insurance and retirement plans Paid training and full-time hours Real growth — we promote from within!
