We’re looking for an entrepreneurial Relief/Launch Veterinarian to lead the opening of a brand-new veterinary hospital. This is an exciting opportunity for a veterinarian who thrives on creating high-performing teams, shaping culture, and delivering exceptional patient care from day one.

- Lead the successful launch of a new veterinary hospital.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing DVM team.
- Establish clinical standards and best practices.
- Drive hospital growth, operational performance, and client satisfaction.
- Build a collaborative, positive culture where team members and patients thrive.
- Deliver outstanding, compassionate veterinary care while setting the standard for clinical excellence.
What We’re Looking For
- DVM or equivalent with an active veterinary license (or ability to obtain one).
- Passion for leadership, mentorship, and team development.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and grow a successful practice.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills.
- Commitment to exceptional medicine and an outstanding client experience.
