Senior Creative Strategist, UGC Employment Type: Full-Time A fast-growing consumer wellness brand is seeking a highly conceptual, performance-minded Senior Creative Strategist, UGC to lead the development of creator-led content for paid social. This role is ideal for someone who deeply understands how authentic, social-native storytelling earns attention, builds trust, and drives conversion. About the Role You will own the strategic development of high-performing UGC and creator content across paid social channels. Partnering with creative, growth, production, and external creators, you will turn audience insights and performance data into scalable creative concepts designed to stop the scroll. This is a hands-on role for a strong storyteller with excellent instincts for hooks, scripts, casting, pacing, editing, and platform trends. You will help build a repeatable UGC creative engine that continuously tests new angles, refreshes winning ideas, and reduces creative fatigue. What You’ll Do Lead UGC creative strategy for paid social campaigns, from concept through launch and iteration. Develop hook-first creative concepts, storyboards, briefs, scripts, and talking points for creators. Identify compelling customer insights, objections, product benefits, and cultural moments that can inform high-converting content. Direct creators on performance, framing, delivery, pacing, visual style, and platform-native storytelling. Build repeatable UGC frameworks across testimonials, routines, demonstrations, problem-solution narratives, founder-style content, comparison formats, and trend-led concepts. Partner with creators, editors, designers, and production teams to produce a high volume of polished and lo-fi social assets. Translate performance results into clear creative learnings and recommendations for future testing. Refresh successful concepts with new hooks, talent, scripts, formats, and visual treatments to combat creative fatigue. Maintain a strong understanding of creator trends, paid social best practices, and evolving platform behaviors. Ensure UGC content remains authentic, compelling, compliant, and aligned with brand standards. What We’re Looking For Strong experience developing creative strategy for paid social, direct response, or social-first consumer brands. Deep expertise in UGC, creator-led content, and the creative formats that perform across paid social platforms. Proven ability to write effective hooks, scripts, creator briefs, and conversion-oriented messaging. Excellent instincts for storytelling, casting, on-camera direction, editing rhythms, and visual pacing. Experience interpreting creative performance data and applying insights to future concepts. Ability to manage multiple creative workstreams while maintaining a high bar for quality and brand consistency.
