Insurance Defense Attorney – Indianapolis / Hybrid Remote – Mid-Sized Firm $120,000 - $180,000 per year | Indianapolis, IN | Hybrid | Permanent Why Join Us? Base salary range: $120k to $180k Bonus Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, matching 401(k), generous PTO, sick, and paid holidays Monthly stipend covering cellphone, CLE, travel, association membership, ARDC, and related expenses Hybrid remote – 2 days onsite per week Mid-Sized established firm with opportunity for rapid business development and client sharing Job Details Defend a varied caseload of general liability insurance defense matters Handle all phases of litigation from inception through resolution – pleadings, written discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation Evaluate liability, damages, and exposure and provide strategic guidance to insurance carriers and insured clients on case strategy, settlement, and resolution Work closely with partners and clients to deliver efficient, cost-effective defense strategies consistent with carrier guidelines and litigation budgets Looking For: Indiana Bar Admission Insurance defense experience with a general liability focus You Should Know Some of the Following: General Liability Premises Liability Auto / Transportation Construction & Workplace Accidents Products Liability Bodily Injury / Personal Injury Property Damage / Subrogation False Arrest & Imprisonment Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
