This role partners cross-functionally with corporate and field teams to optimize labor strategies, improve operational processes, and support the successful rollout of projects, pilots, and continuous improvement initiatives.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain labor models, staffing guides, forecasting tools, and workforce planning resources to support store operationsAnalyze labor performance, productivity, sales trends, and workforce metrics to identify opportunities, risks, and actionable recommendationsPartner with field leadership to optimize staffing levels, scheduling practices, and workforce utilizationEvaluate retail processes, including labor management, service execution, inventory flow, and merchandising, to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunitiesLead continuous improvement initiatives that simplify operations, reduce workload friction, and improve consistency across storesPartner with field leadership to pilot process changes, measure results, and support successful rolloutsManage operational and workforce-related projects end-to-end, including timelines, milestones, risks, deliverables, and follow-up actionsServe as a cross-functional partner between Operations, HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Field Leadership to communicate updates, resolve issues, and support key initiativesSkills and KnowledgeA collaborative spirit and the confidence to take ownership of projects from start to finish, Analytical mindset and critical thinking skills, Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and experience Microsoft Excel, Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, Strong organization and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities, Strong writing, editing, and visual communication skillsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Human Resources, Analytics, Finance, or a related field preferred2-5 years of experience in workforce management, labor planning, retail operations, or a related fieldExperience with workforce management and scheduling platforms preferredPhysical RequirementsAbility to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipmentAble to clearly view and read information on a computer screenOccasionally lift or move items up to 15 poundsLocationOn-site in Lenexa, KSPay Range$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 #J-18808-Ljbffr Rally House
