Electrical Superintendent Opportunity

A well-established local electrical contractor is looking to add an experienced Electrical Superintendent to their team. The company has a strong backlog of local commercial and industrial projects and is looking for someone who can oversee field operations and keep projects moving efficiently.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Superintendent who enjoys being involved in the field and working closely with Project Managers, Foremen, and customers.

Responsibilities:

Oversee electrical field operations on local commercial and industrial projects
Manage Foremen, electricians, and field personnel
Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and scheduling
Work closely with Project Managers to maintain project schedules
Coordinate with General Contractors, customers, and other trades
Review plans, specifications, and project requirements
Monitor quality, safety, productivity, and project progress
Troubleshoot field issues and help develop solutions
Attend project meetings and provide regular updates
Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to contract requirements

Requirements:

7+ years of electrical construction experience
Previous Electrical Superintendent experience
Strong commercial and/or industrial electrical background
Strong knowledge of electrical construction methods and codes
Ability to manage multiple crews and projects
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
