About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, West to lead and drive revenue growth across the Western United States, Canada, and Latin America. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the Go-To-Market strategy for the region, aligning sales objectives with business goals, and fostering a high-performance culture within the sales team. This role requires a visionary leader who can identify new business opportunities, expand existing accounts, and optimize sales processes. The VP will also be expected to work closely with cross-functional teams, stay abreast of industry trends, and cultivate strong relationships with key customers and partners. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' of senior sales management experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. A BS in Business Administration is required, and an MBA is preferred. Expertise in enterprise software, SaaS, managed services, and strategic account management is essential, with a preference for candidates with experience in the cybersecurity or identity industry. The role demands a results-oriented individual with strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and the ability to lead a global sales organization. Excellent communication, collaboration skills, and a high sense of urgency for continuous improvement are also key qualifications for this position.
