Role Description The Retail District Manager is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Minneapolis, MN, responsible for overseeing multiple boutique locations to ensure sales performance, exceptional customer experiences, and consistent brand standards. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include coaching and supporting store managers, monitoring store KPIs, and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue and margin goals. The role involves regularly visiting stores, observing customer interactions, guiding fitters and sales associates, and ensuring merchandising, visual displays, and inventory levels are aligned with company guidelines. The District Manager will lead hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management for retail teams, while promoting a culture of inclusion, accountability, and continuous improvement. This role also collaborates with leadership on local marketing initiatives, operational processes, and customer feedback to enhance overall satisfaction and store efficiency. Qualifications Strong communication skills, including clear interpersonal communication, active listening, and the ability to provide constructive feedback. Demonstrated customer service and customer satisfaction skills, with experience creating welcoming environments and resolving concerns professionally. Proven team management skills, including leading multi‑location teams, coaching staff, and overseeing hiring, training, and performance management. Solid sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals, interpreting KPIs, and implementing effective retail sales strategies. Experience in retail management, preferably in apparel, intimates, or specialty boutiques, with comfort in a fitting and consultative sales environment. Ability to work on‑site in Minneapolis, MN, with regular travel to district locations; valid driver’s license or reliable transportation as needed. Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with ability to manage multiple stores, priorities, and deadlines. Proficiency with basic point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, retail reporting tools, and standard office software.
