divh2Technician Job Description/h2pInnovative technicians are responsible for running cables, installing and programming devices such as motorized shades and draperies, lighting fixtures and panels as well as exterior lighting and shades products. The technician position is hands-on and will involve installing state-of-the-art systems in private residences and commercial spaces. We work on high-profile projects that require exceptional service and excellent attention to detail./ppTechnician Expectations:/pulliPerform a variety of installations in these categories: motorized shades and draperies, lighting fixtures and panels as well as exterior lighting and shades products/liliFamiliar with pre-wire environments and new construction homes and safety protocols and best practices./liliRead blueprints and wire a house or commercial property accordingly./liliExperience with low voltage wiring, trim and final install processes./liliNetworking background to include wiring, installation, and programming of wireless access points, routers, and switches a plus/liliExperience with Audio/Video installs shade solutions, CCTV IP camera wiring, and installation a plus./liliTroubleshooting and problem-solving issues with programming, installation, or maintenance./liliProvide exceptional customer service as you safely load, transport, and deliver items to customers homes./li/ulpRequirements:/pulliAn eagerness to learn and work hard as part of a growing team is required./liliThis candidate can listen well, communicate well and work in a team environment taking instruction and desiring to improve their skill sets./liliSelf-motivated, ability to work independently, and be accountable for work quality/liliAbility to work well with others, have a customer service-oriented mindset, and strong work ethic./liliWe require a clean driving record and background check./liliCandidates must have reliable transportation to the office and basic tools for working with low-voltage equipment./li/ulpBenefits and Compensation:/pulli$20 to $28 per hour commensurate with experience/liliGroup Health Insurance, subsidized dental and vision plans/lili401k Match/liliCompany iPhone/li/ul/div
