Manager, Business Field Sales
Grow Your Sales Career and Earn a $3,000 Sign-On Bonus!
Eligible new hires can earn a $3,000 sign-on bonus in three $1,000 installments at 60 days, 90 days, and six months, subject to program requirements.
WOW! is looking for a Manager, Business Field Sales, to coach Field Sales Executives, increase business revenue, and help local businesses stay connected. You'll work alongside your team in the field, turn sales strategies into results, and develop sellers who thrive in a competitive market.
What WOW! Offers
$3,000 sign-on bonus for eligible new hires: Earn $1,000 at 60 days, $1,000 at 90 days, and $1,000 at six months, subject to program requirements.
Base salary up to $100,000/year (based on experience) + commission + performance bonuses!

How You'll Make an Impact
Build and develop your team: Hire, train, coach, and motivate Field Sales Executives to achieve their goals.
Drive revenue growth: Lead your team to meet sales targets, performance metrics, and quality standards.
Turn strategy into action: Develop business plans and territory strategies with each sales executive.
Lead in the field: Work alongside your team to strengthen sales skills, support customer conversations, and reinforce best practices.
Use data to improve results: Manage pipelines, forecast revenue, and track performance through Salesforce.
Deliver a strong customer experience: Partner with internal teams to support smooth execution and customer success.
What You Bring
Five or more years of successful telecommunications or B2B sales experience in the Enterprise/GEM space
Three or more years of experience leading and developing sales teams
A proven record of growing revenue and exceeding sales targets
Strong coaching, communication, and leadership skills
Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools for forecasting and performance tracking
The ability to turn sales data into clear, actionable plans
Where You'll Work
This hands-on leadership role combines time in the field with office collaboration.
Regular travel within your market is required to support your team and meet with customers.
