Location: Seattle, WA - onsite

Duration: 12+ Months- possible extension/conversion

Salary and Other Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is between $55.00/hr- $60.00/hr. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Education and Experience

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 4+ years of progressive experience in an accounting role.
• Core Skills: Proven ability to perform month-end close procedures and complex balance sheet account reconciliations. (Candidates must have experience managing datasets of 500k rows and above).
• Excel Proficiency: Extensive proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and the ability to analyze and manage large datasets. (Candidates must pass the Collabera assessment).
• Technology Familiarity: Experience with or strong familiarity with Generative AI (GenAI) principles, demonstrating an understanding of how GenAI tools can be leveraged for process automation and efficiency.
