Foster an inclusive, high-performing workplace through proactive performance management and team-building.Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day site logistics, optimize patient flow, resolve daily operational challenges, and ensure seamless delivery of high-quality care.Financial Oversight: Manage site budgets, monitor billing and collections workflows, optimize vendor relationships, and support physician compensation planning.Interdepartmental Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison connecting site staff, physicians, health system administration, and external partners.What minimum qualifications you'll needEducation:High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.What additional preferences you'll needBachelors in Healthcare Admin, Business or related field preferred. 3-5 years of healthcare clinic leadership operations.
