This outpatient cancer center provides specialized hematology and oncology services across inpatient and outpatient settings within a structured on-site clinical environment. The facility operates with a dedicated clinical support team that includes an RN, a medical assistant, and access to an APP to facilitate coordinated patient care delivery. Established clinical protocols are in place to support quality hematologic and oncologic care throughout the covered assignment period.

Racine, Wisconsin sits on the shores of Lake Michigan in the southeastern part of the state, approximately 25 miles south of Milwaukee, and is known as 'The Belle City of the Lakes.' The city offers a range of cultural and outdoor attractions, including the Racine Art Museum, the Racine Heritage Museum, the Racine Zoo, Wind Point Lighthouse, and notable architectural landmarks, alongside waterfront access and marina facilities. Downtown Racine serves as a hub for dining, live music, craft fairs, and community events, while the broader area provides parks, trails, and recreational opportunities along the lakefront.

Clinicians will provide on-site inpatient and outpatient hematology and oncology coverage at an outpatient cancer center, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with emergency-only call obligations; no formal weeknight, night, or weekday 24-hour call is required. The clinical scope encompasses the evaluation and management of hematologic and oncologic conditions across inpatient and outpatient settings, with virtual visits required and 80% order entry expected as part of the clinical workload. All clinical documentation must be maintained through the EPIC EMR system, with real-time or end-of-shift charting required for all patient encounters. A dedicated RN, MA, and access to an APP are available to support clinical operations throughout the assignment.Volume (patients per day): ~20 outpatient per day; 510 inpatient census
