• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
• Job Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient Cancer Center
• Types of Cases: Hematology, Oncology, Cancer Care, Benign Hematology, Virtual Visits
• Credentialing: Standard Hospital Credentialing

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified
• Certifications: None Required
• Licensure: Active Wisconsin Medical License Required at Presentation

Additional Details

• Average outpatient volume of 20 patients per day
• Average inpatient census of 5-10
• Dedicated RN, MA, APP, and onsite Oncology Pharmacist support
• Epic EMR
• Virtual visit experience required
• Emergency call responsibilities only
