Job Summary:

As a Receptionist at Aspire Senior Living Webb City, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our residents, families, and staff. As a Part-Time Weekend Receptionist , you provide exceptional customer service, managing inquiries, and supporting the daily operations of our facility.

Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors, residents, and staff, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere
• Manage and respond to incoming phone calls, emails, and messages
• Maintain accurate records, filing, and data entry
• Assist with scheduling, room assignments, and special requests
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive or personal information
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Administrator or Department leadership

Receptionist Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in a healthcare or hospitality setting
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications
