Production Worker

Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world! Responsibilities: Tends mixing equipment/tanks that blend raw material for use in making lubricants. Responsible for weighing and mixing raw materials into tanks according to blend sheets. Transports sample of finished blend to lab for quality testing. Pump approved blends into correct packaging to fill pack jobs and ensures correctly installed labeling on each. Pumps approved blend into WP tanks/totes for use by packagers. Responsible for using all blending equipment in a proper and safe manner. Responsible for keeping the work area clean and free of clutter. Responsible for ensuring the quality of blends by following prescribed procedures. Comply with all Kluber policies and procedures. Maintains and supports 5S and Lean Sigma organization. Other duties as assigned by Management. Qualifications: Basic computer and math skills - knowledge of metric system helpful Basic ERP System knowledge (SAP Preferred) Must adhere to the production schedule, quality standards, and manufacturing instructions. Ability to receive and follow instructions from supervisor and peers. Physically fit to lift, stand, and move about the facility, maneuver goods and similar physical tasks. Physical ability to safely operate a forklift and obtain a company forklift certification and ability to work in an environment with several forklifts operating. Job requires standing and moving more than 90% of the time. Ability to withstand summer and winter temperature fluctuations in a non-climate-controlled environment.
