Job Title: Dual Role Apartment Maintenance Technician – 2 Properties
Location: Plover, WI & Mosinee, WI
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20 – $22/hour

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
• Flexible daytime hours between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Role:
We’re hiring a Dual Role Apartment Maintenance Technician to support 2 small properties in Plover, WI. You’ll handle both basic maintenance and cleaning/turnover work, helping keep our communities safe, functional, and looking great.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintenance & Repairs: Minor plumbing (leaks, clogs, toilet parts), light electrical (switches, outlets, fixtures), basic carpentry/hardware, simple HVAC tasks like filter changes.
• Cleaning & Painting: Unit turn cleans, common area cleaning, touch-up painting, and general appearance upkeep.
• Work primarily at one property at a time (no constant site-hopping).

What We’re Looking For:

• General maintenance/handyman or property experience
• Comfortable doing both repairs and cleaning.
• Dependable, self-directed, and detail-oriented

What We Offer:
