We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, and an Electrical Engineer to join our engineering team at AUTEC Car Wash Systems. These roles are responsible for designing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production, quality control, and cost effectiveness. Engineers work cross-functionally with other Engineering Team Members, Production, and Quality teams to support ongoing operations and new product launches.

Responsibilities will vary slightly depending on the type of Engineering role you fill; however, a good representation of typical duties include:

• Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods and processes for assembly, fabrication, electrical, and integration.
• Collaborate with product design engineers to ensure designs are optimized for manufacturability (DFM).
• Troubleshoot automation, electrical, and process equipment.
• Create and update work instructions, assembly documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Lead and support process improvement initiatives (LEAN, 5S, Kaizen, etc.).
• Prepare layouts, detailed drawings, and schematics
• Investigate and resolve manufacturing issues related to quality, efficiency, and tooling.
• Analyze production data and conduct root cause analyses to reduce waste and downtime.
• Recommend and implement changes to improve safety, reduce costs, and increase throughput.
• Design tools, fixtures, and jigs to aid in the production process.
• Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) efforts to ensure smooth production launches.
• Provide technical support and training to assembly and production staff.
• Comply with all applicable OSHA, EPR, local regulatory laws, and company safety policies.
