Responsibilities for the Logistics Coordinator role include but are not limited to:

• Ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
• Perform the daily operation of the warehouse including processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials, and equipment.
• Prepare final pack-out of customer shipments and prepare bill of lading via domestic and international carriers.
• Maintain lot traceability of products shipped.
• Organize and maintain warehouse, finished goods inventory and inventory records.
• Use forecasts provided by Sales Dept to assist with planning of materials as well as purchasing of packaging materials.
• Accurate raw material and finished goods inventory tracking for monthly inventory reporting.
• Conduct and reconcile regular physical inventories to maintain accurate system information.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in the "booked" inventory to the physical inventory.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior logistics team members.
• Maintain equipment and supplies in warehouse including with warehouse including forklift operation.
• Ensure that all safety guidelines as well as, OSHA, EPA laws, operating and Quality System procedures are always followed strictly, maintaining a clean and orderly environment.

Candidates for this Logistics Coordinator role must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Experience with domestic and international incoming and outgoing shipments, including customs procedures
• Experience with bar coding and tracking, ERP, preferably SAP
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as shipping manifests, logs, and SOPs
• Knowledge of and experience with shipping functions including creating domestic air bills, international commercial invoices, and letters of instruction
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong analytical, organizational and critical thinking skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and database systems
• Proven proficiency with Excel, pivot table reports and data

Pay Details: $33.65 per hour
