Graphic Design & Communication Associate

Part-time, permanent Graphic Design & Communication Associate role with IKEA US in the Interior Design & Visual Merchandising department. Based in Paramus, NJ (onsite), you’ll help bring the in-store visual experience to life through graphic communications that align with the IKEA concept and visual brand identity. The position is benefits eligible , with 12-20 hours per week . What you’ll be doing Execute the department graphic communication action plan to support business growth and increase profitability. Produce and install graphics throughout the store in line with the IKEA concept and visual brand identity. Help ensure graphic communication implementation is cost-efficient and supports the company’s sustainability initiatives . Collaborate with leadership to design store-specific printed materials . Stay current on graphic communication and retail trends . What you bring 2-3 years of graphic design experience. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and pre-press production tools . Associate’s degree in Graphic Design (or similar; preferred).
