Data Analyst / Business Intelligence Specialist | Quality & Reliability (QnR), the parent company of QnR Group Role overview We are looking for a Data Analyst / Business Intelligence Specialist to join Quality & Reliability (QnR) and contribute to the development and optimization of data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will transform complex data into actionable insights through advanced analytics, interactive dashboards, and reporting, supporting strategic business decisions. What you'll work on: Collect structured and unstructured data from multiple sources and organize it into usable, analysis-ready formats Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions, including data models, semantic layers, and reporting environments Create visually appealing and interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to enable data-driven decision-making within the organization Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reporting outputs Translate business requirements into analytical solutions, KPIs, and performance metrics in collaboration with business stakeholders Support and optimize existing BI assets, ensuring performance, usability, and alignment with evolving business needs What you bring: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field +1 year of experience in data visualization and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions Hands-on experience with Oracle BI technologies (OAC, OAS, OBIEE 12c), Microsoft Power BI, or Tableau is required Solid knowledge of SQL, relational databases, data warehousing concepts, and dimensional modeling Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office Suite, and SharePoint Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration tools, particularly Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), is a strong advantage Relevant BI/Analytics certifications and advanced expertise in enterprise BI platforms are considered a plus.
