What You'll Do:

• Provide advanced neonatal care within a 28-bed Level III NICU setting
• Participate in 24/7 in-house NNP model for continuous coverage
• Manage an average daily census of approximately 19 critically ill neonates
• Attend high-risk deliveries and neonatal resuscitations
• Perform neonatal procedures based on clinical competency
• Collaborate with neonatologists and NICU team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Support neonatal transport and utilize pediatric/subspecialty consults as needed
• Contribute to evidence-based practices and patient safety initiatives
• Engage in educational opportunities, including working with rotating medical students

What You Need:

• Valid Florida RN and Nurse Practitioner licenses
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• Minimum of 2 years neonatal or NICU experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, autonomous decision-making skills, and the ability to work as part of a collaborative team
