Shift Manager (Sultan, WA) – $22.50 to $23.75 per hour, Flexible Schedule, Health Benefits McDonald's – Independent franchisee-owned restaurant. About the Position Shift Managers lead restaurant shifts to deliver fast, accurate, friendly service and maintain quality, safety, and cleanliness. Responsibilities include planning, monitoring performance, ensuring targets are met, communicating with succession shift managers, and supporting team departments.
