• Analyze and optimize project scalability to support expanding rail operations and future growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor project reliability, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies for uninterrupted service.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in project analysis or management within transportation or infrastructure sectors.
• Proficiency in project management tools, data analysis, and reporting software.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle, risk management, and process optimization.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration.

Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000
