Clinical Specialist II, CRM (St. Louis, MO)

Abbott seeks a Clinical Specialist II for its Cardiac Rhythm Management division in St. Louis. This field-based role provides comprehensive technical, clinical, and sales support to physicians and healthcare professionals regarding cardiac rhythm products, requiring cardiology expertise and strong communication abilities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as clinical interface between medical community and business operations
- Provide engineering, technical, educational, and sales support responding to field inquiries
- Develop and lead training programs on CRM products for healthcare professionals
- Build credible relationships with customers and demonstrate product expertise
- Provide backup support to CRM sales representatives and interpret complex clinical problems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or related healthcare field
- Minimum 3 years related experience or accredited cardiac training certification
- Advanced knowledge of cardiac pacing systems and electrophysiology procedures
- Capability to obtain CRM product certification
- Strong written and verbal communication with presentation and analytical skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based presentation tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
Compensation: $68,000–$136,000 base
