Associate Clinical Specialist, Pain Interventions - St Louis, MO

Medtronic seeks an Associate Clinical Specialist to provide clinical and technical support for neuromodulation pain intervention therapies in the St. Louis area. The role involves surgical coverage, device programming, patient education, and customer support across hospitals and clinics, with 30% travel expected.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and device selection during surgical procedures with equipment coordination
- Manage patient care throughout clinical process and educate on product features and benefits
- Deliver clinical support for surgeries, reprogramming, troubleshooting and follow-up visits
- Train physicians and hospital staff on products and therapies through education sessions and seminars
- Manage inventory, track product transactions, and maintain required cycle count accuracy for case coverage
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED with 4+ years clinical or medical sales experience
- Associate's degree with 2+ years clinical or medical sales experience, or bachelor's degree
- Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare field preferred
- Registered nurse or healthcare professional with sterile environment experience preferred
- Clinical experience with implantable neurological devices preferred
- Experience with medical device company or pharmaceutical company preferred
