What You'll Do:

• Engage with customers in person to understand their telecommunication needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Build positive customer relationships through professional communication and attentive service.
• Assist new customers with account setup, service enrollment, and activation.
• Meet individual and team sales goals while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and account information.
• Work collaboratively with team members to improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
