This role plays an important role in achieving our ambitious patient acquisition and revenue growth objectives by working as an outbound telemarketing Call Center Sales Representative.Sales Representatives are required to attend a mandatory 4-week training course, 8 am - 5:30 pm Monday through Friday. Trainees are required to attend each day of training, actively participate, and pass a series of exams to graduate training. Sales center hours of operation are 5 am - 7 pm, Mon-Sat. Hours of operation are subject to change based on business needs.Core responsibilities:Make outbound telemarketing calls to prospective patientsMake 300+ outbound calls daily and work to convert them to new patientsUnderstand patient needs and requirements and articulate Oak Street's unique propositionUtilize sales skill sets including rapport building, active listening, communication, qualification questioning, overcoming objections, and closingUnderstand Medicare Basics and insuranceSchedule initial doctor's appointments with new patients and achieve daily/weekly/monthly quotasOther duties, as assignedRemote work requirements:Proficient PC skills, computer literacy, basic Google Suite skills, and ability to navigate systemsPrior remote work experienceAbility to obtain high-speed internet and hardwire equipment to router/modemDistraction-free and private remote work environment required as well as reliable dependent care during working hoursAbility to provide own transportation for instances where on-site support is required for employees located within 50 miles of a physical OSH location/centerAbility to participate in classroom-style remote training sessionsAn understanding of the high level of conscientiousness, professionalism, and reliability that is required in a remote work environmentWhat are we looking for?Call center outbound sales experience and/or telemarketingComfortable in a base + bonus salary structureProficient in learning new technology and communication toolsGood attendance and time management skills are critical for success in this roleExperience working with Salesforce, or similar CRM is preferredProficient with navigating multiple systems while speaking to prospectsExcellent listening and communication skillsOpen to constructive feedbackAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyCoachable and a desire to learn a new industryHigh School diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree preferredUS work authorizationAnticipated weekly hours: 40Time type: Full timePay range: $15.00 - $32.31This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
