Resident Dining Attendant

We are currently seeking a dedicated and caring Resident Dining Specialist to join our team and contribute to a positive and meaningful dining experience for our elderly residents.As a Resident Dining Specialist, you will play an important role in delivering warm, personalized mealtime service. You’ll help create a welcoming atmosphere in our dining areas while ensuring residents’ nutritional needs and preferences are met with care and attention.Key Responsibilities:Provide attentive, friendly meal service to residents in the dining roomSet up dining areas before meals and ensure a clean, welcoming environmentTake and deliver meal orders accurately and promptlyAssist residents with menu selections, including dietary restrictionsSupport kitchen staff with light food prep, plating, and dishwashing as neededFollow proper sanitation, safety, and infection control proceduresBuild meaningful relationships with residents and work collaboratively with other team membersBenefits our employees have enjoyed for 3 decades & counting:Fully paid health benefits, vision and dental (for full-time)Partially paid health care, vision and dental premiums (for part-time)No wage caps!
