Certified Medical Assistant

Adecco Healthcare is working with our client in Rutherford, NJ to hire a Certified Medical Assistant for their facility. This job is in-person/on-site only.

Type: 6-month contract - possibility of extension/direct hire

Hours: Monday - Friday 8a-4p or 9a-5p - 1 rotating Saturday 8a-1p

Pay Range: $22-$24.30/hour

Travel Required: Yes - work locations are Rutherford, Bayonne, Hoboken and Maywood

Certification Required: Yes - MUST be a Nationally Certified Medical Assistant

Responsibilities Include:

• • Patient registration
• • Patient scheduling
• • Answer incoming calls
• • Chart preparation
• • Obtain vitals
• • Maintain refrigerator and QC logs
• • Assist with procedures
• • Stock exam rooms

Requirements Include:

• • HS Diploma or GED
• • 2+ years of medical office experience
• • Nationally recognized Medical Assistant Certification
• • Ability to work in a fast-paced office
